Not at all. If you can join a Zoom call or answer a phone, you’re ready. And if you ever feel unsure, we’ll guide you through it. As your counsellor, I will always prioritise your comfort.

“There’s no privacy at home.”
This is a common concern. Together, we can explore creative solutions—perhaps sitting in a parked car, using headphones, or scheduling sessions during quieter times at home. There’s always a way.

 

Creating Your Comfort Ritual

Part of the beauty of online or telephone counselling is that you get to set the scene. We encourage you to create your own comforting ritual for your sessions:

  • Brew your favourite tea or coffee, maybe some hot chocolate
  • Light a candle or use a cosy blanket
  • Settle into a space where you feel safe and uninterrupted
